Ok, so the Blitz3D command reference main menu says to report mistakes in the documentation here, so I thought I might mention that the JoyHat() function is missing from the command reference menu. I noticed that JoyHit() appears in the side task pane, but not JoyHat() (in A-Z or category).

However, when I type it in, it turns light blue like it recognizes it as a computer-defined function. It also runs just fine. I'm just mentioning that it's not in the documentation.

It's listed in both places on my installation. In the 2D - Input category JoyHat is at the bottom, nowhere near JoyHit as you might expect.

My current Blitz3D is the rather old 1.96, which is not really installed. It is just copied over from a previous computer. But the relevant command reference menu page looks just like the one here: 2D - Input.
