This is a little like my last question. But how can you record someones voice on blitz. then have it played over a game?
Like in game player says "go left everyone!" then everyone else hears it. would you ave to record it, then send it to the other players, then play it? How does skype/msn etc do it so its almost live?

I wonder that very same thing myself, @Gauge.

Save yourself the trouble since something like teamspeak will do it better. One of my favorite games Battlezone II had built in voice chat so it can be done if you have the patience. However I would focus on making a multiplayer game first. Tribes 2 had a quick chat feature which allowed players to say a bunch of different routine commands and even insults with a few key presses.
