Hello,
Can someone tell me if anyone has written the import plugin for blitz3D B3D models for milkshape3D yet ? I know there is an export, but I want to be able to export the models, paint them in Tattoo, then reimport them if I need to reshape or add something etc..

Please, if noone has done a import plugin yet, could someone write one ? Let me know if you do, I will help beta test it as I have the newest version 1.7.0 of milkshape.

Thanks in advance,

ken

PS. Please email me if you know of one, or are going to make one. storm3@...

The easiest way would be to buy UltimateUnwrap3D which is capable of importing B3D, even animated ones.

I really wish the group name problems would be sorted in milkshape.

well, since there is already a good b3d exporter for max how about milkshape to max?

Huh? What does getting a model from Milkshape to 3D Studio Max have to do with anything? Plus, you can already do that via several file formats, including 3ds and obj.

As jfk said, get Ultimate Unwrap. It can import AND export b3d models, and can open/save ms3d (Milkshape file format.)
