What does it mean whenever a topic says "sticky"? Does it mean it has to stay at the top??????

Yeah, only forum moderators can make a thread sticky.

Yeah, they pass vaseline onto it. So it becomes sticky.

ha ha ha I amaze myself sometimes.

Yes I have. Many,many times. I've just never heard the word "sticky", used in a forum.
