changing PHP to php fixes the broken links the thread was from 4 years ago so cant really offer much hope someone will still have the files

If you can't find it, maybe try Panno's DLL instead? I believe it can still be downloaded.

I think we've established that the link is dead. And we probably didn't need two separate threads on the same subject in order to determine that. Try contacting the author.

I look for that file because available resemblance with, wrapper that I works currently. I try to utilize webcam library based on DsVideoLib. http://www.tomspeed.com/dsvideolib/

I recommend panno's DDL too. It worked great for me when i used it. When i used it... when i used it.... (Echo...)
