I use SpriteCandy. Its great for GUI's on games, but does have limitations if you want to use it on an application.

i use GUIw512 but it requires the fastimage dll

IDEal is an IDE not a GUI. Edit: I use SpriteCandy.

Ooops, thats what happens when you drink & surf. I'm a cheapskate so have been using VB6 as a GUI, not ideal by any stretch but I paid for it a while back.
