Help getting set up with MiniB3D and Win7

Ok I cant seem to figure out what im doing wrong or not doing, I install the latest Blitzmax, install MinGW, and set ive tried setting environment path to C:\Mingw and C:\Mingw\bin but Bmax never sees the path for Mingw its always "unavailable" in the Blitzmax info help page. Any ideas what i could be doing wrong ? Im using windows 7

Did you reboot after setting the environment variables?

You followed: http://www.blitzbasic.com/Community/posts.php?topic=90964 and setup *both* variables? (Also which version of MinGW are you using? If it's the latest, it may have had errors getting all the files or you could be missing files, I would start with the Blide download and go from there)

Thanks chap, I was not aware of the second USER path required. Seems to work now.
