Has anyone (using linux) got an out of memory error when trying to link the demos?
Its wierd as i have 700+ megs and system monitor reports no spikes in memory use. All the normal blitz max examples compile/run ok.

nope, never.
did you install all that gfx-driver stuff?

It's probably a FASM stack problem.

IIRC, I had to 'install' the latest version of FASM and possibly also implement the hack in the thread Brucey mentions.
