Missing Textures

I use Maplet to create scenes and MiniB3D to walk though them. I don't like the non-portable factor of the .b3d files though. The paths for the textures are fully written into the files, and when I try to launch it from a different path (like a flashdrive) it can't find the textures. Is there a way around this? |

Use ChangeDir to set the folder where the textures are and they will be loaded, regardless of the texture path in the .b3d file. So yes, .b3d files are portable. |

Interesting -- never knew that. You can also export .b3d's from Decorator and bung the textures in the same directory as the b3d file. |
