If you aren't using Sublime Text by now, you really should be.

There's a package for Sublime Text that enables syntax highlighting for the language, comes complete with 4 types of BlitzMax build systems for the editor.

Sublime is great, but I also like Brackets, has nice live editing feature for html.

I would much rather use BLIde.
