Use of BlitzMax logo

Is it ok to use the BlitzMax logo in my game, like in the splash screen and a tagline like "Powered by BlitzMax" or something?

I had emailed about this a while ago, and they said that they didn't mind at all.

I also contacted BRL a while ago regarding the same thing, they said that it would be ok.
