Toolbar position doesn't appear to do anything?

| I am trying to create several toolbars in one window. I am using my own divider gadget to place between them. However, they always appear at the very left of the window, no matter what x values I give them, so I can't space them out. |

| to move or place more than one toolbar in a window you must put them in panel. I wonder if x,y params are useless.. |
