Hi all,
I seem to remember reading somewhere that it's possible to run a program written in blitz3d on an windows NT4 system (without directx installed) via blitz+ in some way. Is that correct, or did I imagine it?

Blitz+ stuff works fine on NT4 as it is not DX dependant. B3D used DX7 and therefore will not run under NT4.

There is an opengl userlib that has been created for B+ so maybe you're getting confused with that?

Dr Av,
Right, what I really want to know is- is there a way of emulating the functionality of blitz3d (with regard to interaction with 3d meshes) using the opengl userlib in B+?
I really want the functionality of blitz3d on an NT4 network.

By the way, I can play fps style driving games using shockwave3d on NT4, but I don't think this has anything to do with directx.
