This would be great if it didn't require Unity.

Yeah I wouldn't know since I've never tried Unity. I downloaded it all and looked at it for maybe fifteen minutes. If I find time I'll see what I can learn about using Unity and go from there. I'm thinking maybe the developer will create a compiler for it. I would if I were him. No doubt it would increase sales...that or make it more accessible to other engines someway or another.
