http://www.caligari.com/gamespace/level_exporter.asp Since when did Blitz support .map and .wad files? Obviously (as this has a Blitz specific option) it works with Blitz but if you look closely you'll notice in the small-print Converting from MAP to final level may require compilation in tools such as WED, Hammer, etc, which either accompany the game or game engine software, or which are available freely. So... hmmmmm... |

It's marketing hype =) Btw this plugin is not made/supported by caligari it's a 3rd party utility. Had enough of buying modelling programs only to end up being a beta tester ;) |

They are basically saying that you can make BSPs (from MAPs) for Blitz. Why you would want to spend $50 todo this in GameSpace is beyond me. You would have to compile it in a proper level editor afterwards anyway. I think their descriptions are often misleading. |

Be wary of Caligari. |

You can export to .B3D too look the shoot :) I exporting in .B3D and he working well.![]() Regards, |

Yes, there's a button, but what does it actually do if you press it? You'd probably need to compile the .map afterwards anyway = $5000 for Q3Radiant :/ |

In my case, i building my scene/level. When i export it's he produced for me my .B3D file. For checking it's, i use Gile[s] and i find all elements in. Regards, |

Oh, okay :) The 'map file name' and 'wad file name' text fields are just a bit mis-leading. I though GameSpace had .b3d export built in though? |
| ||
Yes Skity Gamespace 1.5 can export in .B3D and i agree with you for the Level exporter's Window can make us a little confused. Regards, |

how about import a .map in hammer and compile it with ZonerTools? -> Free BSP |
| ||
Except that ZonerTools produces HalfLife bsp's and Blitz can't read those. |
