Anybody seen Silo? First I'd heard of it was last night but it looks like a good app. I went ahead and bought a copy ($109) because I liked the demo so much. http://www.nevercenter.com/ There's no renderer or anything fancy, just a lot of pretty good modeling tools and a pretty nice interface. Very lightweight. It's no 3DS - or even C4D for that matter but it's darn good for the price. M |

Looks pretty cool. Looks a lot like Wings, only with nice additions like a customizable interface. |

Looks nice, I think I'll try it in another of my lame attempts to boost my 3d modelling skills :D |

Good choice! We use it as our primary modelling tool. It is really very, very good. |

Yeah is really cool, I put it on the top of my to buy list for the autumn. |

I actually bought it a couple of days ago. Here's a ship I've spent a couple of hours on so far - the box at the front will be extended and detailed more in the final.![]() I really like the modeling tools - very efficient. M |

hmm..I tested, but I rather prefer Wings...of course, that's not saying it's bad, it's good indeed... |

Ship looks really nice and it seems like the app is very quick and easy to use, good stuff! |

Mearrin69, are you still using Gamespace? |

Heh, of course :) I have to - I work for the company...lol. This is just, um, research. Yeah! Research! M |

LOL. Research :-) Where can I read up GamesWorkshop policies about fan games. Btw. Nice ship. I like it. |

It's on their legal page. Here's the link: http://www.gamesworkshop.com/can_cant_do.htm It's about halfway down the page I think... M |
