Need a program that allows me to convert? a bitmap to an icon file. Any Ideas? Edit: nvrmind. found one

Irfanview. It is FREE and I use it to make a BMP or JPG into an ICO file then use REShack to make the ICO the games icon. -Rook

thanks. actually i searched for one, found irfanview and REShak! must be used widely
