Just thought what is the diopter for when you don't aim :o). Maybe it isn't a diopter but an asher for cigs or something

CodeD stop pulling those newly learned 3D max terms before someone thinks you know what youre talking about! lol j/k ;) With meshsmooth it would look rounded and pretty stupid. With refractive textures it would look like see-through metal. Eh? :P

Found another pic,shows the front sight offset but the rear sight site inline!! dave

Mmmmm...you're right I am pretty noobish. I think what I meant was Reflective not refractive. And I know meshsmooth would probably deform something as blocky as your gun, but maybe you could adjust it a bit to give it a smoother look? Heh, heh....you said noob. ;)

Hehe, the offset frontsight is a very friendly invention, carefully designed to miss your opponent. :o)
