Some Panoramic skyboxes created with Terragen, thanks to an old BlitzCoder article by Tracer. Nothing special but someone may find them useful.

All images are 512x512 jpegs (had to keep the file size for uploads below 500k!) and include, top, bottom, left, right, front and back images for the skybox.

Those look great but I am not going to download a $30 program to unzip them.

xlsior(Posted 2006) [#3]
...$30?

LZH is an ancient format, and there are are tons of free decompressors to be found, e.g. http://www.nonags.com/nonags/ziputil.html

It's also natively supported by WinRar, among others.

(A google search for 'freeware' and 'lha' or 'lzh' will return a ton of free tools that can handle this file format. That said, it is a bit archaeic, he probably should have used .zip instead. Not the best, but at least 'everyone' can open those these days.)

7-Zip is your friend and free :)

Me too, link waits forever.

Good old Lempel,Ziv,Huffman, the compressed equivalent of the marx brothers, kind of.

Paul Murray(Posted 2006) [#7]
For some reason, the hosting company doesn't support *.zip files, at least not on a free account, hence the unorthodox compression format.

UltimateZip is free for personal use.

Q: Is UltimateZip still free for private use?
A: Yes it is. But a startup screen will be shown at start.

Link should be up again.

still cannot access the server

Paul Murray(Posted 2006) [#12]
Time to find a better host I think. According to the forums they're having trouble with some clusters of servers.

Steven Noyce(Posted 2006) [#13]
How did you make these?

_PJ_(Posted 2006) [#14]
