Hello, :) As you may have noticed, the 2 screenshots i have posted in the gallery look very dark on some machines and lighted enough on some machines. I have made these 2 scenes on an old eee pc 900 and it also looked lighted enough on my most recent laptop pc even if i use half of the total screen luminosity. However if i use half of the total luminosity on a tablet pc (samsung galaxy tab 2 or samsung galaxy note), these 2 scenes looks very dark and it is nearly impossible to see even if the "white" of the screen is very bright. Why is that ? So what is the solution to set a high enough amount of light so that it looks lighted enough on most machines ? I guess that if i increase the amount of light in the scene (directlight and ambientlight), the scene will look lighted enough on the tablets but too lighted on the laptops. Any idea on what to do about this ? Thanks, |

Sounds to me like you might have screen calibration issues. Unfortunately, laptop screens are notoriously difficult to calibrate properly and as such, are not good to use as a yardstick. |

I don't think there is a solution because the luminosity "intensity" is different depending on the screen. |

Any idea on what to do about this ? The only I can of is to make something in the options menu for the user to manually adjust it. |
