Hmm what version of windonws are you testing it on Pete? I think I used a compressed png as the icon file so I should be able to sort that out easily enough,

Xp pro. icon file will not open with photoshop icon plugin or microangelo (icon editor)

I used Gimp to create the icon but I think I used the compressed png option it seemed to work ok on Vista! New build is up and should resolve this issue (fingers crossed), Cheers Pete

works great now, icon works on exe but not on shortcut

Cheers Pete glad to hear that it's working! I'll sort out the Icon issue in the next build along with a few other niggles, but just got to pull together the second issue of blitzmaxcoder before the end of the month!
