I have had to decrease our allowed web storage for www.captainwicker.com. Linux downloads are removed. I have decided to use torrent downloads for our files to save our data. Could anyone please try and download a file from my site to help me be sure that everything is working properly? If you do decide to download, please seed as much as possible! http://www.captainwicker.com/freesoftware.htm Many thanks for your help PS: These files are safe to download according to Cnet download.com and have officially been scanned for viruses and malware. :)

First off, who is 'our'? How many of you are there? Are we taking the royal 'we' here? As for the files, just put them up on Mediafire ( http://www.mediafire.com/ ), Rapidshare ( https://rapidshare.com/ ), or one of the many other file download sites out there.

You could use dropbox links too. I use them and they work fine for small numbers of downloads.

I have had to decrease our allowed web storage for www.captainwicker.com I know - it must be hard for all your fellow employees and your multi-million enterprise to have done so. Shame. Oh wait... I didn't know you had employees. I thought it was just you. Your software must have made a killing then. Also, which provider are you with? I have 10GB for almost no money and I'm not even close to hit the ceiling. Linux downloads are removed Yes, because they are just that huge. I have decided to use torrent downloads for our files to save our data. [...] If you do decide to download, please seed as much as possible! I hope you're aware that you can post a torrent yourself. Or maybe any of your employees can do it for you :)

maybe any of your employees can do it for you :) Captain Wicker is a two people business and is soon going to revert to a one person only business. How many of you are there? Just two :) Has anyone successfully downloaded a file from any of the torrents? SystemError51: How did you create your banner signature? Last edited 2012

is it really legal to my game torrents here: http://www.legittorrents.info/index.php?page=torrents Very clever SystemError51. I do so like being referred to as 'the ghost in the forum' as it says in your signature image. I do suppose that I am indeed haunting the forums though. :D Last edited 2012

Very clever SystemError51. I do so like being referred to as 'the ghost in the forum' as it says in your signature image. I do suppose that I am indeed haunting the forums though. :D Since you're uninformed as always, it's a pun on "Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex", a show too high of an intellectual level for you to understand. SystemError51: How did you create your banner signature? I'm using a PHP script that randomly picks an image, or if I define a signature to be related to a thread, that one is chosen. If it is related, a "related" badge is added to the signature image by combining the banner and the badge. The images themselves are created with GIMP. Replace "haunting" with "p*ssing off" and you'll be closer to the mark, I think. +1 Last edited 2012
