The problem I have is that I find the way that these two triangles fit well according to the rest of the mesh, I applied a Smoothing high, however continues to be as show in the picture. Any suggestions, I use fragmotion. ![]() ![]() Last edited 2012 |

If it were 3DS Max you'd need to select the diagonal edge and use the "Turn" option, so the diagonal edge is sloping the opposite way. No idea how/if you can do that in Fragmotion. [edit] and/or you may need to weld vertices - difficult to say without looking closely at the topography. Last edited 2012 |

I do not understand how to solve the problem, the mesh I have in this way, but there seems no problem.![]() |

Ok I solved the problem with your help fragmotion brings the option to turn the edge to correct the problem. Thank you :) ![]() |

This can also be to two others things : ->2 vertices at the same position and some tris are using one vertex and not the other which produces a weird normal calculation and thus the weird shading. To solve this you can select the vertices at the same position and then use : Vertex Weld Selection ->2 tris at the same position, in this case, you can delete the unnecessary vertices and tri. |
