Now on Steam (PC & MAC)

Eventually got around to releasing it on steam after it was green-lite months ago.

Differences to this version than the https://supertino.itch.io/ version are more forgiving hit boxes (easier), steam achievements and MAC specific key shortcuts CMD+SHIFT+F, CMD+TAB, CMD+Q.
