I just made a frontend for UPX in Blitz+.

.exe and B+ src included.... hope you like it.

UPX is a tool that can compress .exe files by around 50%.

I am posting this tip as a reference.
It's another 'quick' way to compress/decompress EXE's using UPX and the SendTo feature.
It does not give you any control over compression ratios though.

1) Place UPX in the c:\ folder
2) Go into your SendTo folder ...

  Win9X >>> c:\windows\sendto\ (not sure)
  WinXP >>> c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\SendTo

3) Create a shortcut in the SendTo folder

4) For the location of the item choose

    c:\UPX.exe

Click [Next]

5) For the shortcut name this will do:

     UPX Compress

Click [Finish]

6) Right-Click on your shortcut and choose Properties
In the target field enter 

     C:\upx.exe -9 "%1"

Click [OK]

Now, when you wish to compress any suitable *.exe ..
1) right-click and select 'Sent To ->'
2) Choose 'UPX Compress' to compress/decompress the file.

NB: You might see an error message in the dos window.
    The compression still goes ahead.
