Hey if you guys need serial port communication, I finally got it done!

Though it works based on the system's Device Manager settings.. :)

You can control electronics from your BlitzMax program.. nuff said :)

(like a LCD panel, blinking lights, whatever)

Well, anything that uses a two-wire serial interface(RS-232) will be in "good hands". :D

For example the interface of a biofeedback-device coming with mental games...so new things could be made with that.

is it for BlitzMax only, or does it work for Blitz3D too?
