John Pickford(Posted 2005) [#10]
220-250

intel 3.4ghz Radeon 9800XT

Tom(Posted 2005) [#11]
150 avarage. Can you provide a full screen version? Windowed always gets less FPS for me.

Bot Builder(Posted 2005) [#12]
Around 290.

Ross C(Posted 2005) [#13]
Around 130-150 FPS

WendellM(Posted 2005) [#14]
On 1.4 GHz Athlon with 512 megs RAM, 64 meg GeForce3 Ti 200, Win XP Pro SP2 with DX 9.0c, with camera in default position:

75-119 FPS 32-bit
106-134 FPS 16-bit

Defoc8(Posted 2005) [#15]
thanks guys :]

AlienForce - what is your system spec, those fps results
are insane...

- the reason the demo was not frame limited was to get an idea of
how fast the game runs unlimited - i know this isnt ideal
for viewing purposes - but limiting the fps wouldnt allow
me to gather proper fps ranges...sorry..

fullscreen - yes, im aware that this can have an effect on
the speed the demo runs on some systems..however, limiting
the demo to windowed mode means that feedback is consistent
..all fps results are windowed + none limited..again im
sorry..

I hope to release a proper demo very soon + this will run
fun screen & windowed + will be frame limited..there will
be options ;)

thanks again :]

Ok thanks - most of these results are far better than
i expected..seems bad results are down to poor quality
gfx cards.. hmmm.. 8meg onboard gfx, does anything work
on that?

cheers!

Perturbatio(Posted 2005) [#31]

Uber Lieutenant(Posted 2005) [#41]
240FPS - I remember when you released the early early early alpha over at BlitzCoder, getting better!

3.0GHz Pentium 4, 1GB SDRAM, ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (128MB VRAM), Sound Blaster Audigy 2.

Some advice: Greatly cut the poly count of the small pebble-sized meteorites. Anything above 100 isn't necessary. High polygon counts on tiny objects isn't smart.

Clarks(Posted 2005) [#42]
