Hi all!



dont know if that works ^^

( Please forgive my bad english, i tried, if there are bugs in my sentences ;) )

I am still programming on a game called Space Colonies.
It is a MMORPG and is playable already on MY PCs ;)
I think there will be a release in the next months. In the
next time i have to add many things but the roots are included
already. The register and login works fine so as the coordinations.
I had a lot of problems with sendeng the Coords and don't
have too much traffic ^^

After about 2 days thinking of how and 1 post in our germany
community later i had the idea, i will interpolate that and
just sync the coords one time a second.

The traffic is dynamic and depends on the players, flying
close by you.

I made a cupple of screenshots and i would be so nice of
you, to speak out of your minds about these game/screens.

it uses BMax with the BNetEx/udp lib written by vertex

To display an image just remove the [img] [/img] tags that you have now, just writing the URL to the picture will display it.

The screenshot is very basic but the graphics you have look quite well drawn, but either this is a game that needs to be seen moving or it wants more graphics onscreen for some added wow factor, maybe a nebula or a planet or something, just to bring some more life to the scene.

Okay, in the future i will show screens with more
effects. the engine in paqrt of the fog will be written.
Not completed yet.

See you in the future ;) The problem: i haven't so much
time to code on space, but i hope that gets better.

jep, the trading system is completed already.
Just have to add trading ressources by an Editor.

Map, Weight and Tradinglists will be downloaded
while the login process. Looks like that:



As the result nobody has the chance to modify his own map.
And i don't have the work with crypting the maps and every
Server can made his own Map by modify the map.txt including
the server files.

It is easy to add new spaceships/tradestations and sth else.
But there aren't many objects to insert yet. Thats i want
to include later. At first the network part should be
good coded and bugfree. In the past, testing my game
registering, logging in about 30 minutes and i didn't found
a bug! :D

There are several things to add for example the changing
of the spaceship isn't sent over IP yet.

The game will have a function that translates domains
to ips. So you can Download the server: imurdoom.dyndns.org
That's cool :)

Same case this time, haven't read this post afterwards,
it will be baaaaaaad ^^ Hope you don't mind ;)
