*** WARNING: EYE CANDY HEAVY *** Due to popular demand Vorboils now has a digital clock too (as well as the 3d analogue one). They all come in 3 sizes and you can show/hide the seconds or even have 'small' seconds Here are some of the clock types available.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Version 2.03 coming soon |

wow. Does the time move around to avoid screen-burn? |
| ||
Oh, it says "clock" - Sorry misread it. Grey, you really need to get a TFT - Screen burn - pffftt! |
| ||
Isn't that the point of screensavers? I have TFTs for games, anyway that thread's been and gone. |
| ||
OK so it's called a screensaver, it doesn't mean it will save your screen these days its just something nice to look at - any way thats off thread. The thread is Vorboils ROCKS! |
| ||
You do have some wicked tunnels. |
| ||
Added another digital clock font Also added option to not display seconds or to display 'small' seconds Any other suggested fonts? |
| ||
Yep, another 2! |
| ||
it's called a screensaver, it doesn't mean it will save your screen these days Just because that statement is true doesn't make it right. |
| ||
This thread is not about whether screen savers save your screen. It's about how cool my application is ;-) |
| ||
Your "application" is very cool - however I think if I used it personally I would suffer from chronic migraine and nausea. Probably because I'm old and doddery ;) |
| ||
Hehe - hey I'm old and doddery too, Vorboils is like a strong Bloody Mary first thing in the morning. It's kill or cure... Vorboils was one of those 'I wonder if' spin-off projects from RetroSphere but turned into a full blown monster (currently has 228 configuarble options etc). I don't even care whether people like it or use it - it's just my little friend. My only friend. <sob> <sob>. Maybe I have spent too much time looking at it - perhaps it's time to go outside and get some fresh air... gibber gibber gibbber |
| ||
And another one - maybe thats enough now... |
| ||
Boiled: can I ask what you're using to create your font textures? |
| ||
I use Font Candy, part of the awesome Sprite Candy. Then I touch them up in PhotoShop Sprite Candy link = http://www.x-pressive.com/SpriteCandy/ |

Oh right. Cheers. |
