I have an App that sends a Text Message (SMS) to phone number.
I'm using the standard MFMessageComposeViewController code.

The code works fine on my iPhone5S but the same code will not work on my iPhone 4S.

I really can't figure out why it does not work on 4/4S.

Anyone know something that can help me?

I found the solution.
I did a reset of all settings and voila it worked.
