Distributed Compiler

| Is it unreasonable to wonder if it would be possible to get some sort of distributed compiler for Monkey? The GLFW builds can be sort of slow. I have eight machines sitting here doing mostly nothing. Is this request totally out of line? I can see a number of reasons why it might be so I almost hesitate to ask. |

| Is the actual compiling slow or the buidling of the native source code? |

| Pretty sure that it is compiling that is slow. I'll have to take a closer look at the messages but it does look like a compiling step. |
