Updated CSV generator added to archives. Now exports XML (as well as save/load .CSV)

more comprehensive CSV/XML project is being developed for all database
needs - though I'm no hurry at the moment, busy on the main project !
When finished, it will be able to create blitz code directly from a
visual studio XML template, in the same way visual studio can generate
CSharp code. Datagrid, typed XML, whatever you want to call it.
If
you prompt me, I may get it done quicker, like I said, I'm busy on the
main project, and this isn't currently a priority. It will be released
to the community/archives at some point.
(the max-mirror and vrml exporter code chunks are both available through the PROTEAN code archives too.)
